Summary

Checks the given tsv file for errors

Description

The given tsv file will be checked for two types of "errors":

• Wrong number of fields in a data line (different number from the header)
• Wrong sort order: If the fields chromosome, begin, end, type are present in a tsv file, lines that are not correctly sorted according to those fields a reported.
